2) Most current pay-stub showing year to date income
3) Federal Tax Returns (1040’s) for ’2016 and ‘2017 with all schedules and K-1’s if applicable.
ASSET DOCUMENTATION:
4) Bank Accounts: Copies of ALL Bank Statements (checking, savings, etc.) with
ALL PAGES showing the name, address, complete account numbers and balances
for the most recent 2 Months.
5) Automobiles: Make and Year of each vehicle with your estimated value.
OTHER:
6) If RENTING: Name, Address, and Phone Number of your landlord.
7) Legible Copies of Driver’s Licenses and Social Security card
